A great Employee Assistant Program (EAP) can provide information, resources, and benefits to associates on a variety of topics. The Navy Exchange Service Command (NEXCOM) offers EAP services through Magellan Health.
An EAP can provide you referrals when you’re coping with personal, family, every day emotional, legal, financial, and health and wellness matters. There’s also plenty of information and resources on the Magellan site that you can explore on your own time.
Confidential counseling is provided by independent professional and licensed clinicians. Services are available 24/7/365, by telephone, internet, or face-to-face. Through the EAP, you are eligible to receive three in-person counseling sessions at no charge!
