What is NEXt Level Rewards?

NEXt Level Rewards is a rewards program designed to provide you with even more value and savings when you shop at your Navy Exchange. As a member, you’ll receive exclusive perks for joining and participating in NEXt Level Rewards. The program is free to join – simply shop in store and online and get rewarded for it!

How do I sign up?

Signing up is easy. When shopping in store, simply provide the cashier with the necessary information to get your rewards account set up. Required information includes: First and last name, phone number, email address and zip code. Once your information is entered into our system, we’ll only require your phone number to look up your account for future purchases.

When shopping online, you’ll automatically be enrolled in NEXt Level Rewards when you create your account on myNavyExchange.com AND complete your profile with required information including: First and last name, phone number, email address and select “Yes! Email me sales, promos and events” under Communication Preferences. To ensure you receive credit for all in store and online purchases, you must use the same name, email address and phone number when you sign up in store and online.

How does it work?

When checking out in-store, provide your phone number to the NEX associate at the start of your transaction. If you’ve received an email from NEX that contains your NEXt Level Rewards barcode, you may ask the associate to scan the barcode to access your account. Once your transaction is associated with your account, you’ll begin to accrue Rewards for each eligible dollar spent during your visit.

When checking out online, simply check out as you normally would and your purchases will automatically be credited to your account. But remember, to ensure you get credit for both your in-store and online purchases, please use the same name, email address and phone number in your online account as you use in store.

Why join NEXt Level Rewards?

For starters, joining is fast, free and easy! You’ve earned your benefit; now earn NEXt Level Rewards the more you use your benefit.
When you join NEXt Level Rewards you’ll receive:

  • $10 NEX e-Gift card for signing up.
  • $10 Birthday card, valid for the month of your birthday. (You must provide birth date, mailing address and opt in to receive direct mail from NEX in your online account profile)
  • Two (2) Rewards Scratch Cards with Limited Exclusions. (You must provide mailing address and opt in to receive direct mail from NEX in your online account profile)
  • Receive a $5 NEX e-Gift Card Reward for every $250 spent on qualifying purchases (2% reward rebate).
  • Rewards issued monthly in the form of a NEX e-Gift Card in $5 increments. $250 minimum spend to receive $5 NEX e-Gift Card.
  • Early access to sales and events throughout the year.
  • Exclusive offers and coupons only for NEXt Level Rewards members.
  • Free shipping on purchases with your Military Star Card or on all purchases of $49.95 or more.
How are Rewards calculated?

NEXt Level Rewards members receive a $5 Rewards rebate for every 250 points earned on all qualifying purchases, in-store or online, during a calendar month. Points are earned with every dollar spent—for example, 250 points = $250 spent on qualifying purchases. A minimum of 250 points earned from qualifying purchases (after returns, discounts and coupons and before shipping, fees, surcharges, etc.) during the calendar month is required to receive a $5 NEX e-Gift Card Reward. Returns are deducted from your overall spend during the monthly rewards period.

If you don’t meet the minimum qualifying points to receive a Reward in a given month, your total qualifying purchases will continue to accrue during the same calendar quarter and will reset at the start of a new calendar quarter. However, once the monthly minimum qualifying point threshold is reached, any remaining points over an increment of 250 will not be carried over to the next month and your reward balance will be reset to zero for the new month.

For example, if you earn 300 points from qualifying purchases and make $75 in returns during the month of July, you would not be eligible to receive a July Reward (225 net points). But if you earn an additional 100 points from qualifying purchases in August, you’d receive a $5 NEX e-Gift Card Reward during the August Reward issuance (225 points carry over from July + 100 points in August = $325 x 0.02 = $6.50). The remaining 75 points (325 points combined - 250 reward point threshold) would not carry over to the next month and If no additional qualifying points were earned in September, you would not receive a Reward and your Rewards balance would be reset to zero on 1 October. Rewards are issued in $5 increments only and rounded down to the nearest $5 increment.

How do I earn Rewards in store?

After initial sign-up, simply provide your phone number or Rewards barcode at checkout. Once your transaction is associated with your Rewards account, you’ll receive credit for your qualifying purchases.

How do I earn Rewards online?

Simply log in to your myNavyExchange.com account and complete your purchase. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive credit for your qualifying purchases. Don’t forget to use the same email and phone number in store and online to ensure you receive credit for all of your purchases.

When do Rewards expire?

NEXt Level Rewards e-Gift Cards expire 60 days after issuance.

How are Rewards Issued?

NEXt Level Rewards e-Gift Cards are currently issued via email only. A valid email address is required to participate in and receive rewards from NEXt Level Rewards. Once your Rewards e-Gift Card is issued, NEXCOM is not responsible for lost or stolen cards and is unable to reissue or otherwise re-deliver your e-Gift Card. Please be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see your e-Gift Card email. Sometimes NEX emails get blocked by email filters so please add egc@claim.cards to your address book/approved senders list.

What are the issuance periods?

Rewards issuance periods are based on the calendar month. All qualifying purchases during a calendar month are eligible to receive rewards. Rewards will be delivered via email by the 2nd Friday of the month following the previous calendar month. For example, Rewards earned during the month of July 2021, will be distributed via email by Friday, August 13, 2021.

Where can I redeem my NEXt Level Rewards?

NEXt Level Rewards e-Gift Cards can be redeemed in store at your NEX or online at myNavyExchange.com and can be used to purchase most merchandise and services. For complete gift card details and terms and conditions, click here.

Do all of my purchases count towards NEXt Level Rewards?

You can earn Rewards on almost everything you purchase at your NEX. However, certain products and services are not eligible for Rewards. Layaways, previous purchases, concessions, pay at the pump gasoline, gift cards, prepaid cards, Apple Care, Home Delivery, installation, Keep It New, Montage Protection Plans and shipping purchases are not eligible to earn NEXt Level Rewards.

What happens to my Rewards when I return an item?

The value of your return will be deducted from your total qualifying spend during that calendar month.

Can I share my membership with a family member or friend?

No, NEXt Level Rewards accounts are individual and should not be shared with family or friends. Please note that your ability to participate in NEXt Level Rewards is governed by our Authorized Patron policy.

Are there multiple levels in the NEXt Level Rewards program?

No. All NEXt Level Rewards members are eligible to earn the same rewards and benefits.

Is there a maximum Reward that can be earned during an issuance period?

Yes, the maximum e-Gift Card Reward that can be earned during a monthly issuance period is $200. To receive the maximum $200 Reward, you’d need to make $10,000 or more in qualifying purchases (after returns, discounts and coupons and before shipping, fees, surcharges, etc.)

Can I use my NEXt Level Rewards with other discounts and/or coupons?

Yes, you can use your Rewards e-Gift card with other discounts and coupons.

How can I check to see if I have any Rewards available or if I’m close to earning a Reward?

Unfortunately, there isn’t currently a way to see if you have any Rewards available or if you’re close to earning a Reward. However, you are able to view your online purchases by clicking My Orders within your myNavyExchange.com account.

What happens if I return something I bought using my NEXt Level Rewards e-Gift Card?

If you return an item that was purchased with your NEXt Level Rewards e-Gift Card, you will receive your refund on a newly issued NEX Gift Card, if greater than $5. If less than $5, you will receive a cash refund. Returns, refunds and reloads cannot be made to NEXt Level Rewards e-Gift Cards.

I was a My Navy Blue Rewards member. Am I now automatically enrolled in NEXt Level Rewards?

Yes, you’ll automatically be enrolled in NEXt Level Rewards and you’ll continue to earn Rewards on all qualifying purchases. But now you have the opportunity to also earn Rewards on your in store purchases. Just remember to use the same name, email address and phone number in store as you use in your online account so you can receive credit for all of your purchases.

Is NEXt Level Rewards a different program than the Military Star Rewards Program?

Yes, NEXt Level Rewards is a separate and different rewards program from the Military Star Rewards Program. For more information on the Military Star Rewards Program, click here.

Do you offer any other special promotions or incentives for NEXt Level Rewards members?

Yes! From time to time we may offer special promotions or incentives to allow you to earn even more from your NEXt Level Rewards Membership. During Double Points events, you will earn $10 for every $250 (4%) spent on qualifying purchases, in store or online. We may also offer other Bonus Offers, such as “spend $X on Y product/category and receive a $Z Monthly Reward e-Gift Card.” These special promotions and incentives will be communicated to Members in applicable Program marketing materials via print, in-store and/or digital communications. All other Program Terms and Conditions apply to special promotions and incentives.

*$10 NEX e-gift card will be delivered via email within 48 hours of signing up in store. Customer must provide valid email address at time of sign up to receive e-Gift Card.
