This dynamic duo is an absolute essential for the home baker. Our half sheet pan with matching baking or cooling rack is just what you need to turn out cookies, scones, frozen desserts, roasted veggies and more. Use the rack inside the baking sheet to glaze desserts or bake bacon. Outside the pan the cooling rack�s steel cross wire design with six raised feet cools your delicate baked goods. The sheet pan is made with aluminized steel for even heat distribution and durability. In addition, the ridged bottom surface allows air to circulate for even, uniform results. The edges are reinforced steel wire to aid in warp resistance and grip for transport from hot oven to countertop. But perhaps the best feature is our proprietary nonstick coating, Americoat. Food safe and prized in commercial kitchens around the world, Americoat sets the standard in food release. Food slides right off - so that means clean-up is a snap.
