The TEMPUR-Ergo® ProSmart® Air Base includes enhanced lumbar support and a nearly infinite number of ergonomic positions including Zero Gravity.

Child Lock: A safety feature that allows you to lock the position of the base. To activate Child Lock, press and hold the Child Lock button for 3 seconds. Red LED light indicates Child Lock is activated. To deactivate Child Lock, press the Child Lock and underbed light buttons simultaneously and hold for three seconds. QuietMode™ Helps relieve snoring for you or your partner with the push of a button, gently tilting the mattress position to help reduce snoring. Press the preset QuietMode™ button to raise the head of the bed slightly to help open airways and reduce snoring. Favorite Positions Using the head and foot position buttons, adjust the base to your preferred position and then hold the star button for 3 seconds to save. This action will save your two favorite positions for readily available use.
TV Position: Press the TV button to adjust the head and foot position to the preset TV position for a comfortable watching experience in bed. Underbed Light Navigate your bedroom at night without tripping or disturbing your partner with LED underbed lighting that is easily activated with your wireless remote. Press the light to turn the underbed light on/off. Note: If you would like to turn off the ProSmart® Air light badge at the front of your base, press the underbed light button and hold for 3 seconds. Lumbar Support If you would like some extra support for your lower back (lumbar area), whether you're sitting up or lying flat, the lumbar feature can raise up to a full 6 inches. Press the "up" arrow button to raise the lumbar support to your preferred position. Press the "down" arrow button to lower the lumbar support to your preferred position.
Head Position: Press the "up" arrow button to raise the head to your preferred position. Press the "down" arrow button to lower the head to your preferred position. Flat Position Press the flat button once to return the base to a flat position. Foot Position Press the "up" arrow button to raise the foot to your preferred position. Press the "down" arrow button to lower the foot to your preferred position. Zero G With the tap of a button, take the pressure off your back while you sleep elevating your head and feet to closely simulate weightlessness. Press the ZERO G button to adjust the position to Zero Gravity, raising your legs to relieve pressure on your lower back.

What are the delivery charges?

The delivery fee for Tempur-Pedic mattresses is $219 for White Glove Delivery.

What does my delivery include?

Prior to delivery you will be contacted by the delivery company to set up the delivery at your convenience. This includes set up in any room of your choice up to second floor (additional fees may be charged for 3rd floor deliveries.) The delivery service will not move furniture. This delivery service will be your point of contact if any schedule changes need to be made.

Two professional delivery people will set-up your mattress system and remove your old mattress.
Haul away is included at no additional charge

Foundations, TEMPUR-Ease and TEMPUR-Ergo Power Bases, and TEMPUR-Ergo Smart Bases

While we do not accept returns on Foundations, TEMPUR-Ease® and TEMPUR-Ergo® Power Bases, and TEMPUR-Ergo® Smart Bases, we stand by their quality with compelling warranties. TEMPUR-Ease® and TEMPUR-Ergo® Power Bases, and TEMPUR-Ergo® Smart Bases have a 3-year full parts and labor warranty with a 25-year limited warranty on the frame. If you experience problems with your power base, call us 800-821-6621 to talk to the Tempur-Pedic specialists at the manufacturer. They can help, whether it’s a simple question or a warranty-related issue.

Mattresses

We believe you’ll fall in love with your mattress—after all, Tempur-Pedic® is the most highly recommended mattress brand in America!* However, we want you to feel completely comfortable with your purchase, which is why we offer our 90-Night Sleep Trial.

Please Note: It can take approximately one month to adjust fully to a new mattress, and during this time, the TEMPUR-Material® will also begin to soften and better conform to your body shape. For these reasons, we ask that you sleep on your new Tempur-Pedic® for at least 30 nights.

It's important to note that comfort exchanges/returns are deemed final sales. Consequently, there is no 90-night trial period, and the mattress cannot be further exchanged or returned for a refund. However, you are entitled to a full 10-year warranty.

Beyond the first 90 nights, you can sleep soundly knowing you’re protected from product defects by our 10-Year Limited Warranty.

Closeout Mattresses

Closeout mattresses cannot be returned or exchanged and do not qualify for the 90-Night Sleep Trial. However, you can still sleep soundly knowing that all Closeout mattresses are backed by a 10-Year Limited Warranty.
