The Perfect Multi-Gym Sport is an ideal addition to every home gym. Used as a doorway pull-up bar, or for sit-ups, push-ups, and dips, this versatile system targets muscles in your arms, chest, core, and back. The system also features padded handles with 3 grip positions to perform normal, close, and hammer grip pull-ups. Customizable to all fitness levels, the Multi-Gym Sport features a 300 lb. capacity, making it safe to challenge yourself even more with a weighted vest.
