Navy Women's Peacoat

The overcoat, also known as the peacoat is double-breasted, hip length made with a convertible collar, shoulder epaulets, a set-in pocket in each forefront and a single row of four 35-line black plastic anchor buttons down the left front.
- Button all the coat buttons with the exception of the collar button. Collar button may be buttoned in inclement weather. The jumper collar should be worn inside the coat. Coat sleeves are to reach about three-quarters of distance from the wrist to the knuckles when arms hang naturally at the sides.

- Worn with the service, dress white and blue uniforms
- This coat can be converted to a Reefer by adding shoulder loops for hard shoulder boards for Officer's and changing the the buttons from Silver Anchor to 40 Liner Navy Eagle Gilt buttons.
