Powered by two stainless steel pancake burners, this griddle delivers 18,000 BTUs of total cooking power (9,000 BTUs each) for consistent, even heat across the cooking surface. Designed for use with standard 20 lb. propane tanks, it offers flexible fuel compatibility for a variety of outdoor setups.
