The enameled cast iron Signature Everyday Pan has a generous depth and wide surface area that is perfect for everything from pan roasting and frying to one pan meals, simmering sauces and more � it essentially combines the benefits of a braiser with the ease of use of a fry or sauté pan. Slightly curved sides make it effortless to stir, flip and serve, while oversized handles provide a secure grip for transferring from stove to oven to table. Crafted from our legendary enameled cast iron, the interior surface is finished with a black satin enamel that eliminates the need for the traditional seasoning and maintenance of raw cast iron. The enamel is specially formulated to enhance cooking performance, and develops a natural patina over time making it virtually non-stick and easier to maintain and clean. Designed for daily versatility and generations of durability, the Signature Everyday Pan will quickly become a favorite in the kitchen.
