Slice ingredients perfectly in less time and with less effort with this multi-purpose kitchen blade from Cuisine::pro®. Perfectly engineered and molded for comfort and ease, the Damashiro® Emperor Santoku offers exceptional results with every use. The Damashiro® Emperor Santoku features a traditional Japanese Pakka wood handle design that is favoured by Japanese craftsman and Samurai makers. Crafted with a traditional Japanese-hammered tsuchime finish, the Damashiro® Emperor Santoku from Cuisine::pro® also features a traditional inspired Damascus blade that is specific to premium level knives.

The Cuisine::pro® Damashiro® Emperor Santoku 17cm/6.5" has a low tip, broad blade perfect for slicing, dicing and mincing. The recesses situated above the blade edge helps to release thin slices and sticky food after slicing.
The blade has undergone a premium Japanese leather sharpening process has been added providing an even sharper cutting blade.
Engineered and tested to meet Rockwell 53 specification guaranteeing a blades hardness and optimum performance.

Cuisine::pro® Damashiro® Emperor Japanese knives are made from the finest quality Japanese steel. Damashiro® blades are made from specialist ice hardened Japanese steel which makes them super tough, resistant to shattering and capable of being honed to a sharp, resilient edge.
