Breville's Smart Smooth Wave is the easy to use microwave that knows the right power level and time to suit the food you're cooking. With the Smart Cook button, the microwave offers a selection of the most commonly used food modes: the Smart Cook (popcorn, potatoes, vegetables, bacon, chicken, meat, fish, rice and oatmeal), Smart Reheat, and Smart Defrost. Time and power levels are automatically determined for optimal results. For more even cooking, simply press the button to activate the Power Smoothing inverter. Sensor IQ is used during Smart Cook (available for potatoes and rice settings) and Smart Reheat, which automatically measures humidity released from food and calculates the cooking time. On the inner panel you will find 12 convenient shortcuts (favorite, keep warm, units, set clock, sound, beep volume, mute). Five of the twelve are dedicated Quick Start buttons (pizza, bacon, melt chocolate, soften butter and beverage). All these smart buttons along with other convenient features such as quiet operation and 30 second instant start make this microwave the perfect solution for easy, fast cooking.
