Lava Lamp batteries included. Press button on lava lamp to turn light on. Auto shut off after set time. Lava lamp does not have liquid. Lava is stationary. Magic 8 Ball works like a the real one. Has fewer phrases than real one due to size limitations. Liquid inside Magic 8 Ball. Lava Lamp, Magic 8 Ball, and Pet Rock components are licensed. Ring changes color with warm or cool water.
