NEXCOM has worked closely with experienced vendors to ensure associates have access to End-of-Life Planning Services. You must be enrolled in Basic and/or Optional Life Insurance plan to be eligible for these services.

Will Preparation Services and Estate Resolution Services are offered by Metlife Legal Plans to eligible Associates and their spouses with access to attorneys participating in their network. When you choose a participating Metlife Legal Plans attorney, the attorney’s fees are fully covered (i.e., no cost to you) and there are no claim forms to file. You also have the flexibility of using a non-network attorney and being reimbursed for covered services according to a set fee schedule. You can call Metlife Legal Plans directly at 1-800-821-6400. You will need to provide our NEXCOM plan number (Group #109800) and the last four digits of your Social Security Number.
Estate resolution services to help your executor settle your estate. Services include probate consultations, document preparation, representation at probate related court hearings, correspondence to transfer assets to heirs and related tax filings.
Funeral Planning Services are provided by Metlife. Metlife’s end-to-end Funeral Planning Services offer valuable benefits that span the entire loss spectrum, from planning for a loss to support following a loss and help finding closure. These services are designed to simplify the process for beneficiaries and their families. MetLife provides a single solution for personal grief counseling and funeral planning needs.
