Shipping
Due to the unforeseen impact of COVID-19 on our global shipping partners, you may experience delivery delays on your myNavyExchange.com order.
We are currently working around the clock to alleviate any interruptions, and appreciate your patience as we work with our partners to resume normal shipping procedures. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.
Returns
Effective April 2, 2020, in an abundance of caution to protect our patrons and our employees, NEX Stores will no longer be accepting Returns. We anticipate accepting returns again beginning June 1, 2020. Purchases prior to and during the suspension period will be accepted for return or exchange from June 02 - June 22, 2020. PLEASE NOTE: This does NOT apply to electronic items that must be returned to store within 14 days. Special consideration will be given to active duty that are assigned to a ship or deployed as it relates to uniform returns. There may be delays in processing webstore returns. Please allow up to 30 days for processing until further notice.
Customer Care Center
Thank you for reaching out to us at the Navy Exchange. Our Customer Care Center is currently open, but we are experiencing higher than normal call volumes due to COVID-19. Your patience is greatly appreciated as we assist other customers.
Inventory
While COVID-19 may have disrupted our supply line, myNavyExchange.com is facing the challenge head on and will continue to receive new shipments regularly. Quantities may be limited, so check back often!
Fitting Room Policy
We have made the decision to close our fitting rooms temporarily in an abundance of caution both for our patrons and our associates. Please note that given our global footprint, stores will be executing this over the next 24 hours. We apologize for the inconvenience that this may cause and appreciate your continued support and understanding as we work through this situation together.
Barber & Beauty Shops
After conferring with several base officials and Navy leaders, we have made the decision to close all Barber & Beauty shops, with the exception of RTC Barber Operations. Given the global nature of our enterprise, this will be put in place over the next 24 hours. NEXCOM will continue to strictly follow all guidance set forth by CDC and other government entities for the safety of our patrons and associates. Therefore, based on the close-proximity amid the shops' working conditions, we believe that this will help ensure the safety of our Sailors and Barbers & Beauticians, alike.
