ELIGIBILITY: You must be an authorized patron of the Navy Exchange to enter or win the Sweepstakes. Eligibility is required at time of entry AND time of drawing. Entrants must also be 18 years or older. All authorized Navy Exchange customers are eligible to participate except NEXCOM Enterprise associates, including military personnel and military retirees assigned to or employed by NEXCOM, its concessionaires, its contractors or representatives providing in-store service to or working in an exchange facility and their immediate family members. NEXCOM Enterprise associates include all Navy Exchange stores and Headquarter locations, Navy Lodge, Ship Stores, Telecommunications Program, Uniform Program and Navy Clothing and Textile Research. Employees, officers and directors of the Sponsor and Affiliates are also not eligible to participate or win.
PRIZES INFORMATION: Ten (10) winners will be randomly chosen for a $100 NEX Gift Card! Retail value of each gift card is $100.00. You must be an authorized patron of the Navy Exchange to enter or win the Sweepstakes.
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Your Two Cents Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00 a.m. ET on August 29, 2021 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on October 2, 2021 (“Sweepstakes Closing Date”). Sweepstakes dates are subject to change at Sponsor(s) discretion. NEXCOM’s computer is the official time keeping device for this Sweepstakes.
HOW TO ENTER: To enter the Sweepstakes, visit myNavyExchange.com/Your2Cents or click the Your Two Cents Sweepstakes link promoted by the Navy Exchange at myNavyExchange.com, in Navy Exchange e-mails, or on Navy Exchange’s social media channels. After clicking the Sweepstakes entry link, sign in if you are already a registered customer or register with www.myNavyExchange.com. There is no cost to register. Once signed in, post a review of any product AND select “YES” to the sweepstakes question on the review entry form. You must answer “YES” to the sweepstakes question for the review to be entered into the Sweepstakes. Entries are limited to one (1) review per person, per item. You may review as many products as you wish and each product review will constitute one (1) entry. All product reviews are subject to the Navy Exchange’s Terms of Use and Customer Rating and Review Terms and Conditions. All product reviews must be in English. Sponsor does not guarantee the public posting of any product review and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, not to post your review for any reason, including, but not limited to, if it contains any of the following types of content or violates the Terms and Conditions: any content that infringes upon the copyrights of any third parties; contains obscene, lewd or offensive language; comments on other retailers or websites; comments on competitive products or other products, pricing or availability. All entries must be received by October 2, 2021 to be included in the final entry period drawing. By submitting a product review as part of an online entry, entrant hereby grants permission, without limitation to other rights granted hereunder, for the product review to be posted on www.myNavyExchange.com or other Sponsor websites. Entrant agrees that Sponsor is not responsible for any unauthorized use of product reviews by third parties. Multiple reviews of the same product are not valid. "SPAM" or fraudulent product reviews and non-product review entries will not be posted or accepted and all entries from any such user will be void. Entries generated by a script, computer programs, macro, programmed, robotic or other automated means are void and will be disqualified. Entrants may not submit product reviews or non-product review entries with multiple email addresses nor may entrants use any device or artifice to submit product reviews or non-product review entries multiple times or as multiple entrants. Any entrant who attempts to submit multiple entries, with multiple email addresses, under multiple identities or uses any other device or artifice to subvert the entry process will be disqualified from participation in the Sweepstakes, and all product reviews and entries submitted by that entrant will be void.
ENTRY INFORMATION: Sponsor(s) are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information caused by Internet users’ technical or human error or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes, which may occur in the processing of the entries in this Sweepstakes. Sponsor(s) reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Sweepstakes should viruses, bugs or other impediments beyond the control of the Sponsor(s) corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Sweepstakes.
SELECTION OF WINNER(S): A total of ten (10) winners will be randomly chosen in an electronic drawing to win a $100.00 NEX Gift Card from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Limit one (1) prize, per person, during the entire Sweepstakes Period. All winner(s) will be posted on the “Winners List” available on myNavyExchange.com/sweepstakes at the conclusion of the Sweepstakes. Winners will be selected in a random electronic drawing on October 15, 2021. One (1) winner will be selected in each drawing from all online entries received during the Entry Period. A PARTICIPANT IS NOT A WINNER UNTIL SPONSOR HAS COMPLETED VERIFICATION OF PARTICIPANT’S ELIGIBILITY AND COMPLIANCE WITH THESE OFFICIAL RULES.
AWARDING OF PRIZE(S): Upon verification of eligibility, NEXCOM will arrange for winners to pick up their prize at their local NEX. Customers who cannot pick up their prize instore will receive a congratulatory letter and prize via FedEx overnight shipping. If the shipping address is not recognized by FedEx, the prize will be sent via USPS.
LIMITATIONS ON PRIZES: Limit one (1) prize during the entire Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor(s) reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portions thereof) of equal or greater value if prize (or portions thereof) cannot be awarded as described. Sponsor(s) will determine all elements of prizes in its sole discretion. Prizes may not be assigned, transferred, changed or redeemed for cash, except at the sole discretion of Sponsor(s). The awarding of any prize is contingent upon full compliance with these Official Rules. Entrants agree to be bound by Official Rules. Entrants understand that the Sponsor(s) is not liable for injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising from participation in this Sweepstakes and acceptance, possession and use of prize. The Sponsor(s) is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prizes. Decisions of Sponsor(s) are final and binding in all respects.
SWEEPSTAKES CONDITIONS: Should the Sponsor(s) be unable to identify, contact or verify the winner(s) after 14 days and/or two attempts via e-mail and phone calls, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner(s). By accepting the prize, winner(s) agree to release the Sponsor(s) from any and all liability for injuries and/or damages of any kind sustained in connection with the awarding of the prize, traveling to, or participating in, any prize activity. By accepting the prize, winner(s) also give the Sponsor(s) the unqualified right and permission to publish name and photo as winner(s) of a Navy Exchange Sweepstakes. Prizes are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash. All decisions shall be final and binding in all matters related to the drawing. The winner is responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes and is required to sign a memo to document receipt of his/her prize and provide his/her name, SSN and address for prizes valued over $599.99. All fees, federal, state and other taxes, costs and expenses relating to the use, acceptance and possession of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

OTHER: Sponsor(s) assumes no responsibility for entries it is unable to process for any reason, or incomplete, damaged, misdirected, illegible, stolen or lost entries. Sponsor(s) reserves the right, in its sole discretion to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the sweepstakes or otherwise, in violation of the rules. Sponsor(s) further reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate or modify this promotion if not capable of completion.
